EXPECTATIONS OF COACHES

It is an honor to connect with fellow coaches committed to growth, integrity, and the ICF Code of Ethics. The intention of our community is to provide a safe, confidential space where mentee coaches can explore coaching competencies, discuss real client challenges, ask transparent questions, and hold one another accountable to professional standards. We are encouraged to reflect regularly on our own coaching practice throughout the week. Our connection as professionals often leads to organic networking and may result in introductions, in-person meetings, and new business for coaches.

 

Purchase of Leading Synergies, LLC Products or Services Requires Agreement and Adherence to the Following:

  • We conduct respectful, private, and confidential conversation, in alignment with the ICF Code of Ethics.
  • We are careful to hear from everyone who wants to share.
  • We commit to regular attendance by prioritizing every session.
  • We notify the Group Leader prior to unavoidable absences.
  • We only allow (and announce) the recording of content specific to mentor coaching sessions, per ICF guidelines.
  • We seek to prepare for each session (and attend even if we haven't).
  • We delight in connecting as professionals and avoid solicitation.
  • We start and end sessions promptly.
  • All recordings require written/verbal permission from coach and client.

 

Who is excluded?

The purchase of this Leading Synergies, LLC product or service grants membership to the ICF COACHES Water Cooler, therefore, no one is excluded.
