Synergy Group Ground Rules

Ground Rules are basic boundaries that help establish a sound environment for meaningful conversation. Each Synergy Group Member agrees to participate accordingly.

Ground Rules (as of August 2009):

• We have as few rules as possible.
• Our conversations are confidential and pleasing to the Lord.
• We start and end meetings promptly.
• We focus primarily on businesses topics (rather than personal topics).
• We are prepared for each meeting (by using the Business Journal & Guide).
• We are careful to hear from everyone who wants to share.
• We are committed to attendance, but notify the facilitator prior to absences.
• We do not incorporate direct competitors of existing members (without permission).
