My Philosophy
I believe it is ‘quiet at the top’ for professionals working independently or directing teams. Coaching allows these individuals to formulate strategies, design complex solutions, and challenge themselves to reach the next level.
I believe everyone has a unique life purpose and personal style. Leading from self-knowledge enhances a leader’s ability to build more powerful teams and generate business results.
I believe Christ is my Lord and Savior. I am thrilled to incorporate my faith into my coaching style as I partner with professionals seeking Godly inspiration and direction.
I believe Christian professionals benefit from small groups discussing business from a biblical perspective. Learn more about SCG Roundtables...

My Experience
I live to motivate business owners, leaders, and corporate teams. I draw from my extensive experience in corporate and entrepreneurial environments. My business coaching and professional training allows me to inspire leaders toward confidence and purpose through enhanced skills, self-knowledge, and decision making.
Delighted to be invited, I joined a start-up company and assisted its growth from 15 employees to 1500. I ultimately used my knowledge to save corporations million of dollars nationwide through consulting services and implementation methodology. As owner and founder of Leading Synergies, LLC, I am still intrigued by the power of technology and best practices.
I obtained Psychology and Business degrees (with emphases in Human Resources and Organizational Management) from the University of Colorado-Boulder. I maintain multiple coaching certifications and the Project Management Professional (PMP) designation from the Project Management Institute.
